RUPO’s Football Integration Development Association (FIDA): All-Inclusive, All-Abilities Modified AFL Football

For over 15 years, RUPO’s FIDA program has been dedicated to making Australian Rules Football (AFL) accessible to everyone, regardless of ability. Our all-inclusive, modified AFL program is designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for participants aged 14+ to enjoy the sport.

FIDA’s unique approach adapts the traditional AFL format to ensure everyone, from those with physical or intellectual disabilities and those with no prior football experience, can play and thrive. We focus on teamwork, skill development, and fostering a sense of community, all while maintaining the spirit and excitement of AFL.
