Hereby gives notices of its
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
7.00 pm Wednesday the 23rd October 2024

This is an invitation to all members of Rupertswood Football Club (Club) to come along to the Clubs Annual General Meeting (AGM).
In 2025, the following office bear positions will be open for election:
- President
- Vice President – Senior
- Vice President – Junior
- Treasurer
- Secretary
In addition, nominations for positions on the Club’s committee as general/ordinary committee members are also invited.

Interested parties need to complete a “Committee Nomination Form” with the written support of two members as per the Rupertswood Football Club Rules of Association and as outlined in the Nomination Form.
The Nomination Form should be returned to the Secretary of the Club at PO Box 809, Sunbury, Vic., 3429 or via email secretary@rupo.com.au no later than 28 days prior to the AGM.
The Agenda and the 2024 Financial Statements will be circulated to members electronically 14 day prior to the AGM.
Any members wishing to appoint a proxy must complete a “Proxy Nomination Form”. Proxy Nomination Forms must be forwarded to the Secretary of the Club at PO Box 809, Sunbury, Vic 3429 or via email to secretary@rupo.com.au no later than 24 hours prior to the AGM.
